Lead Attorney

We are a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ litigation firm focused on achieving meaningful results for our clients. With experience across multiple jurisdictions and a dedicated litigation team, we are looking to add a knowledgeable and client‑focused attorney in Rhode Island. Position Overview The successful candidate will manage plaintiffs’ personal injury matters from intake through resolution. This role involves independent case management, strong client communication, and collaboration with firm staff and leadership. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiffs’ personal injury matters from intake through resolution Conduct depositions and hearings Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs Develop case strategy in coordination with firm leadership Maintain consistent and compassionate client communication throughout the life of each matter Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and support staff Meet deadlines and manage court calendars across active matters Qualifications Active Rhode Island bar license in good standing Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiffs’ side Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision Proficiency with case management software and legal research platforms Commitment to client‑centered representation Salary: $185,000 – $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
