Location: Coxsackie, NY Rate: $17.50-$21.00 (Dependent on experience & house level) $2,500 Pay to Stay Bonus for Full Time positions Shift: All shifts available (Day, Night, Overnight, 2 ½ day shift) Full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts available Other locations include: New Windsor, Middletown, Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, Hudson, Greenville & New Baltimore. Put your skills to work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, personal care, and community activities. What You’ll Do Assist with personal care, meals, and medication. Teach life skills like money management and social interaction. Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation. Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles. What You Bring Experience in care or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to complete training and certifications. A valid driver’s license; bilingual or ASL skills a plus. The Fine Print Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and assist with physical care. Comfortable using electronic devices and performing household tasks. Must be able to stand up for long periods of time.
