As a Home Instead CNA Care Professional (Care Pro) , you'll provide non-medical, in-home support to help seniors remain safely and comfortably in their homes-where they most want to be.

We speak with seniors every day who are navigating the challenges of aging. They need assistance-and we can't serve them without you.

We currently have part-time positions available with flexible shifts -morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight-ranging from 3 to 12 hours in length.

What You'll Do

Being a Care Pro is more than a job-it's a calling. Your work may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming , and mobility
• Supporting those with Alzheimer's or dementia
• Transportation and help with errands

What You'll Need

• CNA license required for CNA-level compensation (not required for PCA roles)
• Experience preferred but not required-we welcome those who have cared for loved ones!
• A heart for service and a compassionate spirit
• Commitment to treating seniors with honesty, dignity, and respect
• A reliable vehicle , valid driver's license , and auto insurance in your name
• Ability to pass a criminal background check , DMV check , and drug screen
• Must be willing to work every other weekend- Saturday and Sunday
