Associate Recruitment Consultant (Outbound sales)

Salary: $50K Minimum Base Salary + OTE - Uncapped 44% Commission + Progression to Leadership + Full Training
Hours: Monday - Friday (Early finish on Fridays)
Location: Austin, Downtown, Texas

The Role:

Have the opportunity to specialize in Engineering, Technology, Energy, or Construction markets
Develop new business through B2B sales, cold calling, and relationship building
Source and interview top talent for your client
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
Negotiate offers and close deals
Earn uncapped commission with significant earning potential
