Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

This position offers a day shift schedule with 36-48 hours of work per week. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor: Required

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for a variety of patient care activities including, but not limited to:

• Assessing patient health problems and needs
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
• Collaborating with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Educating patients and their families about health management
