Leasing Specialist: Close Leases, Delight Residents

Asset Living is looking for a Leasing Consultant in New Milford, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive relations with residents. Key duties include showing properties, handling leasing paperwork, and managing resident complaints effectively. This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
