Missions :

En tant qu’ Assistant(e) Data / Web Analytics , vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse du comportement utilisateur, la mesure de la performance digitale et l’optimisation de l’expérience client.

Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe data marketing, vous accompagnerez les chefs de projets dans la collecte, l’analyse et l’interprétation des données issues des différents canaux digitaux.

Vos principales missions :

Participer à la mise en place des plans de marquage (tracking) sur les sites web et applications
Analyser les parcours utilisateurs à l’aide des outils de web analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.)
Suivre les KPIs de performance digitale (trafic, taux de rebond, conversions...)
Fournir des rapports réguliers aux équipes marketing et produit
Identifier des leviers d’optimisation de l’expérience utilisateur à partir des données
Collaborer à la mise en place de tests A/B et recommandations data-driven
Participer à la veille sur les outils et méthodes d’analyse de l’expérience client

Profil recherché :

Étudiant(e) en Bac +3 minimum (statistiques, marketing digital, informatique, data...)
Vous souhaitez poursuivre en Mastère Data & Customer Experience
Bonnes compétences analytiques et appétence pour les données
Connaissance des outils de web analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data studio...)
Aisance avec Excel, SQL ou Python est un plus
Capacité à vulgariser les données et à travailler en équipe
Esprit rigoureux, orienté résultats, curieux(se) et proactif(ve)
