Description Collections Specialist Location: Hybrid (El Paso, TX) Pay: $17.50 per hour Schedule: 8-hour shift between 6:30am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Are you skilled at providing excellent customer service in an office setting? Kelly Services is hiring a motivated Collections Specialist for our team in El Paso, TX! In this role, you’ll focus on Accounts Receivable and B2B collections —calling business clients to collect on past-due invoices while ensuring every interaction is professional and service-oriented. What You’ll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with clients regarding past-due accounts, billing questions, and account reconciliation Proactively contact business clients to collect on overdue invoices (B2B collections) Update payment statuses, post confirmations from cash operations, and address invoice disputes Research and resolve accounts receivable issues, working closely with clients and internal teams Monitor aged/open items on accounts and assist with reconciliation processes Provide world-class customer service to maintain positive client relationships and support client retention Prepare and distribute client reports, data files, and correspondence as needed Work with banks and other parties to resolve payment issues Meet or exceed call center performance metrics Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an office or call center environment Experience with accounts receivable or B2B collections (calling clients to collect on past-due invoices) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong professional communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail If you are ready to take your customer service and collections skills to the next level, to join Kelly Services as a Collections Specialist!
