Job Type : Full Time Location : Medford, Oregon Pay : Good pay and benefits! Job Description What you will be doing:

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions for patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, adaptive techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Deliver care that meets regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist License (required upon hire).
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire).
• 1 to 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment.
