Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios. Six weekend shifts required per six-week schedule to fulfill unit needs. Floating between ICU, Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units may be required. 48-hour work weeks approved.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with Compact state privileges (must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience preferred
• Expertise in ICU procedures including chest tubes, central venous lines, external ventricular drains, ventilator management, and lab interpretation
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
