Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 6 months of experience required

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Monday to Friday Volumes per day: 8-15 patients
