Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery. Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for staff, supporting them with complex patient needs. Celebrate patient victories and milestones. Qualifications Valid RN license as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred. One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
