Title: Shipping Coordinator - 123994

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Shipping Coordinator for JD Lathrop Regional Distribution Center located in Lathrop, CA, you will:

• Participates in all daily activities of the shipping department. Coordinates the timely shipments of materials.

• Releases daily work tasks to the operations floor for employees to pick parts

• Works to correct issues when part orders are unable to be released to the operations floor

• Schedules picked handling units to specific route transportation units to insure timely release of trucks and invoicing

• Supports other warehouse functions such as picking, inventory and storing of incoming material

• Dangerous Goods and Hazmat coordination

What Skills You Need

• Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies

• Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently
