Business Development Representative

Certified Fleet Services is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Tampa, FL team. This is a full‑time, commission‑eligible position with a base salary range of $65,000–$110,000 per year. Responsibilities Identify and establish contact with potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers. Communicate recommended products and services needed for fleet repair and maintenance. Master company knowledge, product lines, and delivery model. Evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations with the highest level of integrity. Maintain customer contact volume standards by conducting outbound calls and converting prospects into service agreements. Complete CardoneU Training daily and attend weekly sales meetings in the office. Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process to ensure delivery of information and any additional authorizations. Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales. Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics. Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing and potential customers. Education & Experience GED or High School Diploma required; BS in Business preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales experience required. Vehicle experience preferred. Current state driver’s license and clean driving record required. Physical Requirements Ability to spend prolonged periods standing or walking. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs periodically.
