Overview Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + discretionary bonus Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00 Location: Brentwood, Essex Working Pattern: Hybrid working after probation Noble Recruiting are recruiting an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a growing multi-advisor mortgage brokerage based in Brentwood, Essex . This role is ideal for a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner with proven experience supporting mortgage advisors and managing applications from submission through to completion. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls, emails, post and voicemails, handling non-advisory mortgage queries Liaise with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and brokers to progress mortgage applications Input and manage mortgage and insurance cases on internal systems Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate and compliant Keep clients updated throughout the mortgage application process Complete mortgage and insurance applications and suitability reports Experience Required Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Paraplanner Experience within a multi-broker mortgage brokerage (essential) Strong knowledge of the mortgage application and compliance process Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure Benefits £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary + discretionary bonus Hybrid working after probation Pension scheme Competitive holiday entitlement Career development, mentoring and well-being support #J-18808-Ljbffr Noble Recruiting Ltd.
