Server Lead/Trainer Responsibilities You are responsible for the servers- accountability, training, et. al. Manage your team! Training new and existing servers for best performance and sharing company culture and values with your team. Establish sections with the floor manager each shift. Daily communications with other teams to know the availability of menu items for your shift. Communicate necessary information to the servers and manage servers throughout the shift. Ensure opening and closing outs are accomplished. Be available to answer questions from your team and be the first line of defence for customer satisfaction. Hybrid management/server shifts. Support your team and the GM as needed. Occasional Floor Manager Shifts as needed paid at FM rate.
