Medical Surgical Registered Nurse

Role Overview: Providing direct nursing care in a healthcare facility, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and serving as a primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines. Key Responsibilities Implement and oversee patient care according to established policies and protocols. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively. Coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members. Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license, including a compact license or state-specific license relevant to the assignment location. Diploma from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting. Current BLS certification within 30 days of employment, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
