Our Field Service Management platform supports contractors with schedule/dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals, maintenance agreements, and payment/financing solutions. Position Overview As a Product Manager, Integrations, you will be a key driver of innovation and excellence in our product portfolio, shaping the future of our products and ensuring their continued success in the market. Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership: Define strategic direction, go‑to‑market strategy, roadmap planning, product‑market fit analysis, and competitive positioning. Tech Team Collaboration: Lead cross‑functional collaboration with UX designers, engineers, DevOps, and QA to define, prioritize, test, and develop new product features, applying Agile best practices. Project Management: Lead and manage large transformational projects and participate in traditional software development processes. Documentation: Create comprehensive internal training and support documentation for team members and customer support. Customer Engagement & Advocacy: Engage customers to understand root problems, act as the voice of the customer, and advocate their needs across teams. Senior Leadership Engagement: Present product strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership to align objectives and secure support. Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior Product Managers and Business Analysts. Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience. Strong technical fluency with ability to discuss API design and architecture. Demonstrated success building external, partner‑facing integrations (SaaS preferred, accounting experience a plus). Customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to translate feedback into actionable solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail‑oriented, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $125,300.00 – $154,100.00. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Non‑sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on role and applicable plan.
