Role Overview As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate, quality patient care. Using the nursing process, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. Your role is vital in ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team and finding solutions to meet patient goals, making a direct difference in patient outcomes and experiences. What You Will Do Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families. Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. Qualifications What You Will Need EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program within 3 years of hire Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Professional Certifications to support a culture of nursing excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
