Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Prior experience with pediatrics, early childhood, or elementary populations
• Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies
• Strong collaborative skills for working with staff, families, and other service providers
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student IEP goals

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services across varied caseloads (moderate to profound)
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaborations
• Offer guidance, support, and education to families and school staff
• Document interventions and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
