Property ManagerExcellent opportunity for a strong Property Manager with experience to manage an A+ property in Dallas, TX.Responsibilities include:Update Market Survey weekly to ensure rent structures are competitive. Analyze and recommend rent/pricing strategies in order to maximize premiums and market rents weekly/monthlyReview websites/online ads to ensure accuracy • Establish leasing goals and communicate to team.Communicate effectively with construction team.Analyze operational information for impact on NOI, identify trends and recommend strategies and adjustmentsMonthly review of financial reports. Accurately create, prepare and convey all operational and financial data to Regional Supervisor in a timely manner.Write clear and concise owners reports per quarter.Implement programs for resident retention and service request follow-upsIntroduce and monitor effective lease renewal programsDesign an effective preventative maintenance program to monitor service request turnaround and ensure the responsiveness of the maintenance staffProvide training and motivation to leasing staff and ensure group training sessions are conducted as neededCreate staffing schedules and ensure they are consistent with community needsAssist and ensure all customer complaints are handled promptly and appropriatelyBenefits (Full Time Employees Only):Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLifeDisabilityCritical Illness & Accident CoverageLegal & ID TheftEmployee Rent DiscountReferral Programs – employees and residentsCompetitive WagesZayZoon - access 50% earned wages anytimeIntegrated Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Integrated Real Estate Group participates in e-verify for employment authorization verification. #IND2
