Description: Data Collection: 04/29/2026 Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 9 Number of Staff - 22.41 Type of Staff: - Day Shift: 16 FT, 1 PT, 2 pending RN Residents, 5 PRN team members, and one OR analyst - Night Shift: Zero Patient Ratios: OR 1:1 Type of Equipment: Brain Lab, Davinci, Microscope EMR: Meditech Typical Hiring Profile: Skill Set Most Recruited For: RNs, CSTs Preferred or Nice to Have: RNs, CSTs List Typical Procedures Performed: Neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and ortho Best Personality Fit: Motivated and detail-oriented Floating Area(s): Bay Area OR Dress Code: Client Scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please refer to unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and On Call: Call shifts are mandatory based on the unit's needs. Weekend Call: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. Weekday Call: 3pm to 7am. General Comments: 2 positions available.
