Rollies Mexican Patio is a local, award winning restaurant in Tucson, AZ! We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team.
(This is a PART TIME weekend (about 14-21 hrs) opportunity and the days would be approximately be between Thursday-Saturday between 3-10pm)
We are located at 4573 S. 12 Th Ave and our second location at the MSA Annex. This position may require travel between the two locations.
Our ideal candidate has experience in the kitchen with prep and on the line, great communication, perfect attendance, and shows up ready to work with a positive attitude.
Pay is $15.45-16.00 per hour (Hourly DOE plus tips up to $100-$150 per week)
New hire will be subject to 90 day probationary period.
MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory
- Wash dishes
- Clean & sanitize all work stations

Qualifications
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience required
- Knowledge of kitchen safety with fryers and grill
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
Schedule
- This is a part time position about 14-21 hours per week. Must have open availability especially closing shifts from about 3-10pm Thursday-Saturday
- Starting pay $15.45-$16 per hour DOE plus tips ($100-$150 per week)
