Overview
Ultrasound Tech Travel assignment in Radiology, located in Cambridge, MA, United States. Start date: 06/15/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,958 to $3,135 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: four 10-hour days with rotating weekends. Setting: hospital-based ultrasound within the radiology department; travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound exams including abdominal, small parts, vascular (lower and upper extremities), OB/GYN fetal surveys (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimesters), and select pediatric studies (hips, spine, head, pylorus, intussusception)
- Operate ultrasound equipment, ensure patient comfort and correct positioning, and adhere to safety and ALARA principles
- Document findings and communicate results to radiologists; participate in patient care coordination for inpatient and outpatient exams
- Float to multiple sites as needed (inpatient and outpatient) and participate in all department tasks within Radiology
- Maintain accurate data entry in the EMR system (EPIC preferred) and support other team members as required

Requirements
- ARDMS RDMS certification required at submission
- AHA BLS certification required at submission
- 3+ years of ultrasound experience in the listed specialty
- Ability to float to multiple sites (Cambridge, Somerville, Everett) for inpatient/outpatient exams
- EMR experience preferred: EPIC
- Flu vaccine required during the season
- Driver’s license with address that matches demographics
- RTO (request time off) must be included at submission; not guaranteed after confirmation
- Locals may be considered at $8 less than the posted rate
