Reviewer Appraiser positions review all types of residential appraisal reports, including complex and small income properties located throughout the country. Valuations are reviewed for accuracy, consistency and to ensure they are USPAP compliant, well supported and credible. Analyzes quality and statistical data for the assigned property under review. Develops a summary of collateral and communicate to the customer for the lending decision.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentFour to six years of related appraisal experienceValid, active license to appraise with qualifications as determined by state requirementsPreferred Skills/ExperienceExtensive knowledge of appraisals and the appraisal process, including Government Sponsored Entities, USPAP and U.S. Bank policy and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applicationsAppraisal Review experience with a financial institutionLocation Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days a week.BenefitsOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
