Recovery Support Worker

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Recovery Support Worker to provide person-centered, trauma-informed support to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. In this field-based role, you will coach clients in daily living skills, coping strategies, and recovery planning; accompany them to appointments; and connect them with community resources. You’ll document services, collaborate closely with clinical and case management teams, and advocate for client empowerment and independence.
