EPC Cost Estimator

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support project estimation efforts, the contract EPC Cost Estimator will prepare complete estimates for medium-sized projects, utilizing industry standards and software tools, while working remotely from Jackson, MI. Key responsibilities Prepare complete estimates for assigned projects of medium size and complexity Develop pricing using industry standard guidelines and perform quantity takeoffs Coordinate the total estimating effort for specific bids/projects and maintain documentation for estimates Required qualifications 1-2 years of construction cost estimating experience Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control across various disciplines (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Pipeline, Storage, M&R) Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred Familiarity with cost estimating software and systems Availability during core hours of 9 AM to 3 PM is preferred
