COOK (FT) TEXAS SPINE AND JOINT HOSPITAL TYLER TEXAS
Texas Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a skilled Cook. We are looking for a responsible, dedicated person who can cook great food in a timely manner. You will be cooking for our patients, visitors, and staff via our Caf and patient care. With attention to detail for accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, grilling, and presenting a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Special/Catered Events. At least 3 years of cooking experience or in a similar culinary role is preferred, especially in a healthcare or institutional setting. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, sauting, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. Must be able to rotate weekend shifts.
