The RoleAs Director of Housekeeping, you’ll lead onsite housekeeping operations to keep guest rooms and public spaces consistently resort-ready. This position exists to set standards, develop the team, and ensure daily service runs smoothly.Key responsibilities include directing day-to-day housekeeping activity, coaching and training associates, completing quality checks, building practical schedules, coordinating with other departments, managing supplies/equipment, tracking performance measures, and resolving guest concerns quickly while reinforcing safety.Required qualifications/skills: - Prior housekeeping leadership experience in hospitality- Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through- Clear communication and team-development skills- Customer-first mindset with steady, solutions-focused judgmentIf you’re ready to raise the bar on cleanliness and consistency, apply today.A Typical ShiftYou’ll begin by scanning the day’s needs—departures, arrivals, stayovers, and special requests—then huddle with your leads to confirm coverage and timing. Through the morning and afternoon, you’ll move between floors and common areas to spot-check presentation, clear roadblocks, and keep turnovers aligned. When a guest issue pops up, you’ll respond with calm urgency and close the loop.
