Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Census

Location: Garland County, AR

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week.

Job Description: The Medical/Surgical unit offers a comprehensive range of care and includes an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU. The facility has expanded cardiac rehabilitation and outpatient therapy departments, as well as pre and post cardiac catheterization lab areas for the three cardiac catheterization labs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct assessments and develop nursing care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license for the state of Arkansas.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing role preferred.
