As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice your customers rely on, assisting with their inquiries and ensuring they have a memorable experience. You'll work closely with the team to process orders, handle returns, and provide product recommendations that bring joy to customers' parties.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs
• Assist with order placements, modifications, refunds, and exchanges
• Use phone communication to verify account details with customers
• Gather and record payment information along with addresses and contact details
• Recommend products and suggest upselling opportunities
• Support other departmental tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Some prior customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and accurate keyboarding skills
• A genuine desire to learn, ask questions, and follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
