Front Desk Representative

Our front desk is the heartbeat of everything we do, and we’re looking for the person who was born to run it. At Sew Fresh & So Clean, we’re a modern garment care and alterations studio serving individual clients and commercial partners across Austin. We do dry cleaning, laundry, tailoring, and small-batch production, and we do it with pride, precision, and a whole lot of heart. This isn’t a role where you just answer phones and hand back hangers. You’ll own the customer experience, keep our order flow tight, and be the face our clients look forward to seeing. What You’ll Do Be the first and last face every customer sees, and make it count Manage order check-ins, POS transactions, and daily operations Keep the front desk environment polished and professional Coordinate with production staff to keep orders on track Open and close with precision using our established procedures Assist with social media content capture (a major plus!)
