Job Captain - Healthcare

As the Job Captain, you will… Lead production and coordination of construction documents, ensuring alignment with healthcare codes, standards, and consultant work. Collaborate with project architects to resolve design, program, and regulatory requirements (OSHPD/HCAI, agency approvals). Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors across all project phases to maintain project continuity. Support development of bid and construction packages and assist with construction administration activities. Track and communicate impacts to scope, budget, schedule, and risk, including client or consultant-driven changes. Contribute to project planning, enforce QA/QC standards, and ensure compliance with firm and healthcare design protocols. Delegate tasks, mentor junior staff, and support team deliverables, presentations, and multi-project workflows. The Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years architectural project experience Proficient with BIM/Revit software programs, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam Prior experience with Healthcare projects (OSHPD/HCAI experience a huge plus) The Like-to-Haves LEED accreditation Familiarity with alarm system design and coordination and its integration into healthcare facility design Why You’ll Love Lionakis… At Lionakis, people and design come first. Salary Range: $90,100-$119,200 annually. Compensation and level DOE.
