Clinical Supervisor, Multi-Specialty - Crystal Run Healthcare

The Clinical Supervisor oversees day-to-day clinical operations in an ambulatory setting, ensuring safe, efficient patient care and appropriate staffing support for providers. This role partners with leadership to manage clinical workflows, staff performance, scheduling, patient safety initiatives, and departmental operations. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm Primary Responsibilities: Manage staff scheduling, payroll, PTO approvals, and daily assignments Monitor clinical workflows, patient safety, and operational efficiency Lead daily huddles and communicate updates with nursing and practice leadership Support staff onboarding, training, competency validation, and continuing education Oversee supply and medication inventory managementConduct rounds, ensure regulatory readiness, and address workflow concerns Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for clinical staff Assist with budget management, staffing utilization, and departmental expenses You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of clinical experience Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or higher Healthcare leadership or supervisory experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
