Service Advisor

Description Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone, text, email, or in person, to assure customer satisfaction. Educate customers on products and services which would generate additional sales for the department. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain CSI scores at or above company standards. Oversee warranty claims. Ensure compliance with company policies and adheres to company standards. Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and fosters positive employee relations. Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer (Show customer store amenities, keep customer informed of work in progress, cater to customer needs and/or concerns, etc.).
