Records Technician Shullman Orthodontics | Wellington, FL | Full-Time

We've been serving the Wellington community for 21 years, and our team is one of the best in the business. We're growing and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

As our new Records Technician, you'll be the first hands-on experience a new patient has at our practice. You'll greet patients, take their diagnostic records, and get them set up for their exam making sure they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in.

What you'll do:

• Take 3D digital iTero scans, CBCT x-rays, and extra-oral and intra-oral photographs
• Upload all records accurately into our practice software
• Prepare patient files so our doctors are ready to deliver a great exam experience
• Work closely with our Treatment Coordinators to ensure every new patient has a smooth, welcoming visit

What we're looking for:

• A people person you genuinely enjoy talking with patients and making them feel at ease
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
• A team player who shows up ready to contribute every single day
• Prior dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
