TITLE
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

SCHEDULE
12hr Day 12x3

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of Med Surg experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with EMR: Epic
- Floating between medical floor and surgical/oncology required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- All requests for time off (RTO) or schedule changes must be included at the time of submission.
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
- Prescreening with the manager, direct interview, and offer process will be followed.
- Demographic information must be accurately provided during submission.
