Americas Legal Counsel: US Regulatory & Compliance

Blue Water is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our global legal team, providing support across the Americas with a strong focus on the United States. The role reports to the General Counsel based in Denmark and collaborates with the Americas leadership team. Responsibilities include U.S.

regulatory, compliance and commercial advice, corporate governance for the U.S. entity, contract drafting and negotiations, and cross‑jurisdiction risk management; fluent in English and Spanish; JD
