Conduct ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all assigned patient care under the supervision of the charge nurse. Manage nursing responsibilities across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, nursery, and post‑op gyne care, including patient education and discharge planning. Maintain supplies and equipment, promote safe care and teamwork with physicians and staff across unit and hospital departments. Adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practice and maintain patient confidentiality and respectful, professional communications with patients and families. Requirements Current, active RN license (state of Maine) or eligibility for Maine licensure. Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience. Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Current BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Certificate, and STABLE certification. Ability to work in a hospital OB/GYN setting; Day shift.
