Role Description The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of awning installation projects from planning through completion. This full-time, on site role in Fort Myers, FL includes coordinating daily installation schedules, assigning work to installation crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The Installation Manager conducts site assessments, reviews measurements and plans, and verifies that materials and equipment are ready for each job. This role also involves training and guiding installation staff, resolving on site issues, communicating with customers about project status, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Installation Manager collaborates with sales and operations teams to improve processes and support a positive customer experience. Qualifications Experience managing field installation or construction crews, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance oversight. Hands on background in installation, construction, or a related trade, with the ability to read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work orders. Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, job site safety practices, and safe material handling. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities. Clear, professional communication skills for working with team members, customers, and vendors. Problem solving ability to address on site challenges and ensure high-quality outcomes. Comfort working outdoors and at varying heights, with the physical capability to support installation activities as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training is a plus. Previous supervisory experience in awning installation, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
