Sales Associate / Design Consultant - Full Time

Overview Arhaus is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate / Design Consultant. Arhaus was founded in 1986 with a mission to offer sustainably sourced, lovingly made furniture and décor built to last. We partner with artisans worldwide to create heirloom-quality pieces meant to be used and loved for generations. The Design Consultant maximizes sales and delivers an exceptional guest experience. This role represents the Arhaus brand, follows the company selling model, and adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures. The consultant provides customer service and space planning assistance while maintaining a sales-driven focus. Based in Dallas, this full-time position involves providing customer service, space planning assistance, and supporting a strong sales focus. Responsibilities Meets required monthly sales and productivity standards Develops enhanced selling behaviors according to the selling model Demonstrates strong product knowledge Maintains a guest book to organize, generate, and cultivate business Performs proactive and consistent follow-up with guests before and after the sale and at delivery Works to improve performance based on feedback from store management Addresses guest concerns promptly Performs opening and closing duties as directed Operates systems functions and maintains operational standards Records all hours worked Reviews and acts upon email and company communications Participates in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings Collaborates with all team members Qualifications Driven to achieve sales goals Knowledge and passion for company products and services Strong organizational, time management, technological, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to deliver high-quality guest relations Sales skills, sense of design or related experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible schedule to meet business needs (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Compensation & Benefits $26,000 base salary plus commission and potential monthly incentives and quarterly bonuses Commission plan is tiered and based on net written sales; varies by experience, store volume, and location Includes minimum base plus commission and incentives where earned Employee Benefits Competitive earnings, bonus opportunities, and employee discount Medical, dental, and life insurance (offerings differ by status) Flexible spending plan 401K retirement program and 529 college savings plan Paid vacations and holidays (full-time employees) Arhaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
