Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering supportive relationships grounded in professional ethics.

  • Conduct weekly sessions and maintain consistent contact with clients to assess their progress and address concerns.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on evidence-based methodologies.

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish initial client needs and goals, ensuring comprehensive documentation and progress notes.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to optimize client care and treatment efficacy.

  • Participate in supervision and professional development meetings to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.

  • Demonstrate a proactive and growth-oriented mindset, continuously seeking innovative approaches to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting youth, including adolescents facing challenges related to mental health and substance use. Our clinicians are encouraged to explore each client's unique background and circumstances, leading to the development of impactful, individualized treatment strategies that promote recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
  • \n
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

  • Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

  • A dedication to maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
