This role is ideal for a versatile professional who excels at managing the lifecycle of a real estate transaction—from P&S through Post-Closing. We are looking for a team player who is dependable, responsive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of real estate transactions from purchase and sale through post‑closing. Coordinate documentation, title work, and closing procedures. Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential real estate paralegal work. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
