Position Overview Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. Full Time, fully remote - US. Responsibilities and growth opportunities in a remote State Farm agency serving Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania for over 25 years. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success. Requirements Property and Casualty license (must have currently). Life and Health license (must have currently). Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening). Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams. People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, and dedicated to customer service. Ability to work in a team and multi-task; ability to present to potential customers. Provide timely activity reports to the agent; stay current in product changes, licensing, and continuing education. Compensation Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
