Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist | Ilion, New York

Embark on a rewarding assignment as a skilled Cath Lab Tech, utilizing your expertise in imaging to provide critical support in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity features a consistent 40-hour workweek structured as four 10-hour shifts, offering both work-life balance and professional engagement.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week (4x10s)
• Rotating on-call responsibilities
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 winter holidays if needed

Required Qualifications:

• Certification as RCIS or ARRT (If ARRT certified, an active New York State license is required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certification

Preferred Experience:

• At least 3 years of OB experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cardiac catheterization procedures with advanced imaging skills
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Assist physicians, who will operate the X-ray equipment, ensuring patient safety and optimal image quality
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in rotating on-call duties and be prepared to cover scheduled holidays as required
