• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with ADLs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report patient progress, including identifying and addressing any changes or complications
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
