Regional Banker/Teller

Position Overview As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you must be willing, open, and able to work at different branches within the Orlando South Region based on business needs. This position is based at the Downtown Orlando Branch, located at 201 East Pine Street, Orlando, Florida 32801. Responsibilities Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participates in proactive sales and service activities and identifies referral opportunities. Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue. Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement. Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverages ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Demonstrates risk management through adherence to all policies and procedures, using sound judgment within established limits, and demonstrates heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Minimum 1+ year related experience; no university degree required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Applicants will be subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. All certifications and licenses required by law must be obtained and maintained.
