Business Litigation Attorney

Location: Diamond Bar, California Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday position goes Hybrid after 30 days onsite Salary: $185k–$250k + Bonus Experience: 5+ years License Required: Active California Bar License Practice Area: Business & Commercial Litigation About The Opportunity Our client, is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of business or commercial litigation experience who is comfortable independently managing sophisticated cases from inception through resolution. The firm represents a diverse international client base and handles matters involving contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, commercial collections, and intellectual property infringement. What You'll Do Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective litigation strategies Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations Negotiate settlements and agreements to achieve favorable client outcomes Provide strategic legal advice based on client needs and objectives Collaborate with attorneys, clients, experts, and legal support staff throughout the litigation process Manage cases and prepare matters for hearings and trial Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and developments in business and commercial litigation What You'll Bring Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school preferred Active California Bar license in good standing Proven litigation experience within a law firm setting Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw and LexisNexis Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice Strong organizational, case management, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and competing deadlines Cultural awareness and adaptability when working with international clients Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively Benefits Annual performance-based bonus 401(k) with employer matching Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Monday–Friday schedule Hybrid flexibility Approximately 1,800 billable hours annually Why Join?
