Document Processor

To support a remote call center team, the full-time Document Processor will efficiently handle student enrollment documentation, including downloading, reviewing, and processing applications while maintaining compliance and accuracy in student records. Key Responsibilities Review, process, and maintain enrollment applications and student files in accordance with compliance standards Verify and manage information related to prospective and current student accounts, ensuring all documents meet compliance requirements Provide customer support across various communication channels to assist families and staff with document-related inquiries Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED and relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in managing competing priorities to meet performance goals
