What does your company do? Job Summary The Basketball Trainer is a hands‑on role that will lead athletes and provides expert training in their designated sport. The Sports Trainer is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field. Responsibilities Lead training sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values With the help of established platforms, communicate training day information to players and parents Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills Qualifications Excellent communication skills Sport‑specific training experience & knowledge Highly motivated self‑starter; can work independently Ability to work a varied work schedule some evenings (Tuesdays Only , ~4 weeks) then short break before next clinic.
